Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with HAVERAO. This policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Method	Cost	Estimated delivery
Standard Shipping	$4.99	7–15 business days
Express Shipping	$14.99	3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates that start after your order has been processed. Carrier delays, weather, customs checks and peak seasons can occasionally extend delivery times. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide. Available shipping options for your address are shown at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. You can follow your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email or on our Track Order page. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after your order ships.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address only before the order ships. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, your package appears lost, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number (and photos for damaged items) and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
